CHRC Profitability and customer-focused business strategist, deal broker and project manager Jillian Alexander brings over 20 years Management and Client Service experience to Conduit Consulting LLC. This includes more than 15 years collaborating with senior management at clients ranging from 14 Fortune Global 200 corporations to 10 start-ups spanning 15 diverse industries on company & product positioning, development and restructuring initiatives. BackgroundPrior to forming Conduit Consulting LLC, Jillian advised internal and external clients as Vice President-Corporate Development at SONYand member of its SONY US Venture team, as a Strategy Consultant during her four (4) year tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in other roles. She has managed within and provided services to companies of all sizes. From these roles, Jillian gained extensive experience managing projects and relationships as well as Strategic Planning, Research & Development, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Production & Operations and Sales activities. Due to her entrepreneurial spirit, multidisciplinary skill set and adeptness at working cross-culturally, Jillian was selected as Central and East European Development (CEED) Program Fellow to enhance a local company's ability to compete in a free market economy, facilitate privatization, as well as support reconstruction and economic development within the region. Being committed to both helping businesses compete in a global economy and creating jobs to bolster regional economies, in addition to her consulting work Jillian teaches International Business as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Monica College and has been actively involved with professional associations and community organizations. Activities include producing Entrepreneurship and Intraprenuership seminars for Executive and Senior Management personnel and providing career coaching to individuals at all levels. Related to her external and internal advisory roles, Jillian has authored business articles published by Tribune Media and others as well as co-authored methodologies spanning Corporate Governance , Intellectual Property Rights Management, Merger & Acquisition and Strategic Partnership Analysis, Merger Integration, Organizational Performance Planning & Assessment, Procurement, and Valuations in addition to training materials covering Economic Contribution Analysis, Organization Design, and Strategy Development. Jillian received her M.B.A. from Cornell University's S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management where her studies concentrated on Finance and International Business. Her professional qualifications include Certified M&A Advisor and Certified Human Resource Consultant. Additionally, after majoring in Marketing at Arizona State University, Jillian went on to study at American InterContinental University's Los Angeles and London campuses where she graduated cum laude, receiving a B.F.A. in Design. An avid traveler, Jillian's adventures spanning five continents include trekking in Nepal, scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef, kayaking amongst Orcas in the San Juan Islands, and structuring acquisition plus planning privatization and integration of a Paperboard Mill in the former East Germany. *Note: Fortune 500 according to Fortune, May 4, 2009.
